Deep State Swallows SCOTUS, President

There’s no way around it: If you still support Donald Trump in 2020, you support the following:

— Massive needless pandemic death
— Psychological torture of thousands of innocent migrant children
— Systematic subversion of American democracy, inducing violence in the process

All to support an aspiring autocrat’s hold on power. Donald Trump is a clear and present danger to America.

Deep State Now Owns SCOTUS, President

With that breathtakingly short order, the United States Supreme Court — unanimously, definitively — shot down the Trump campaign’s request to throw out Pennsylvania’s Biden-friendly presidential election result. The 18-word judicial diss from the highest court in the land also made it clear: Don’t try coming back with any more of this uncastrated adult male bovine excreta.

In other words: “[T]his ship has sailed,” as U.S. District Judge Linda Parker wrote Monday.

In other words: “This is madness,” as Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Utah) tweet-exclaimed Tuesday.

What does this mean?

It means the Deep State has infiltrated the U.S. Supreme Court, including President Trump’s three nominees — whom he thought he owned. In fact, the only logical conclusion is that the Deep State conspired to take control of Mr. Trump’s thoughts, causing him to fill his three high court vacancies with appointees who would betray him. They looked good on paper but ultimately would not be complicit in Donald’s plan to steal the election legally.

That damn Deep State. Its conspirators have been out to sabotage our 45^th president from day one. They finally took over his brain to do it.

All Seriousness Aside

President Trump knows his masturbatory legal machinations to overturn the election will fail in court. His real goal is to keep the poor-me narrative front and center with his base of supporters, most of whom believe the fantasy. This is good for Trump on several levels: 1) massive fundraising on the lie; 2) maintaining control over the GOP; 3) preparing for future endeavors (cons); and 4) just on general screw-you principles, toward political enemies and allies.

And who knows: Some cockamamie judge or Republican legislator might successfully introduce a significant monkey wrench into the process.

No Metaphor

This is no metaphor. Donald Trump is doing everything in his power to subvert American democracy while simultaneously ignoring the near-300,000 U.S. pandemic deaths. Trump represents the worst of both worlds: traitor and tacit mass murderer.

And Republican enablers are supporting these atrocities. All 220 GOP members of the U.S. Congress were polled this week on Joe Biden’s status as president-elect. Only 27 would acknowledge that truism publicly. The other 193, and their supporters, are undermining faith in the rule of law, American electoral integrity, and political morality (which doesn’t have to be an oxymoron) for years to come. Like the president, they also represent betrayal of their oath and tacit mass murder.

There’s Still No Way Around It

To those former MAGA supporters who have seen the light, experienced an epiphany, realized the error of their ways, I salute you. I love you. Anyone can make a mistake. Those who can admit that mistake, admit having been conned and manipulated, are my heroes.

Mr. Trump has abandoned his presidential duties, ignored the COVID-19 pandemic, and distracted the country with 50-some frivolous, baseless lawsuits as part of an empty show of fighting his reelection loss. American deaths are up to 2,000-3,000 daily. But the recalcitrant child in the Oval Office remains oblivious to all things not about him.
